Standard Air Freight forwarding, and consolidation service offers weekly shipments to Grand Cayman with extended service to the sister islands from the NCI air freight receiving hub in Miami.
Handling
Our dedicated team of freight and logistics professionals ensure the seamless handling and shipment of cargo, whether cargo is being shipped consolidated in our weekly dedicated sailings to our service destinations or is being shipped as a single shipment to destination. Service at destination includes customs clearance, and final mile delivery to door, including White Glove Delivery & Setup.
Shippers can consolidate up to 10 shipments (individual tracking number) into one single shipment, multiple consolidations can be held simultaneously. Air Freight consolidations are held for a maximum of fifteen (15) days.

NCI Agent Customer Ship Application, (ACSA), is an NCI owned and developed software that is customized for the management of shipment and communication between shippers, NCI customer care and service agents. This ship application includes a customized shipper profile which enables shipment pre-alert, document management, shipment tracking, shipment history, online payment, insurance claims and freight calculation.
It optimizes communication by including live chats and a messaging system controlled by customer management features that prioritizes shippers and their need for information.

Express Air Freight Forwarding & Special Handling
NCI Premium Air offers express shipping on demand and is an optimized service option of the air freight forwarding and consolidation service. Shipments can be processed to arrive in Grand Cayman as soon as next day, after arrival in the Miami. NCI Premium Air offers extended expedited service through customs clearance and delivery to door. Some restrictions and conditions apply.
Special Handling
NCI Freight Care Air Freight solution extends to some perishable cargo and cargo classified as dangerous goods. These types of cargo require special handling and the FreightCare team coordinatesthe process to ensure that the necessary processes are followed for compliance and to uphold the integrity of the cargo.
